Networking refers to the practice of connecting computers, devices, and other entities to enable communication and resource sharing. Networking can be categorized into several types, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless networks, and the Internet.

Local Area Networks (LANs):

Networking involves several key components and concepts:
